I am about 14 and I have set my goals on becoming an Ambassador. I can speak Ukrainian and I can understand Russian. Any suggestions?

I am a fifty-five years old male who spent 24 years as a city police officer. Afterwards, I obtained a Associate of Applied Science Degree in Law Enforcement (May 2010), and a Bachelors of Art Degree in Sociology (December 2011). Simply put, I am now interested in becoming a U.S. Ambassador. How can I accomplish this?

this is my only desire, to be an Ambassador to the US. i was born doing so in the military, in Dinant Belgium. i am 24 and speak many languages. the current situation in the country has made me unable to reach my potential as an Ambassador, unless i reach out desperately.
